A lot of this is covered in our About page. Experts say you shouldn't have duplicate content on your site, but, at Stanley Timberworks, we like to live dangerously. So we've duplicated the heck out of this content.

Anywho, we believe in making great products with sustainable building materials. It's not always possible, but we strive to use recycled and/or locally sourced timber in everything that comes out of the shop.
That's the long and short of it, folks!
SustainABILITY
That headline is what the grammar nerds call a "portmanteau." (And you thought this was just a site about locally-sourced wood products).
Using locally sourced products boosts your street cred with the sustainability crowd (yes - that's a thing). It's also a major part of LEED, the gold standard for rating green buildings.
Who was Stanley?
My Grandfather, Stanley Rogers was a man who loved two things; carpentry and the New York Football Giants. So, I took his name and applied it to my budding new business. I hope I do him proud!
